Low-Fat Ham and Sour Cream Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water as directed on package.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oven to 325 degrees.
  4. Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. In blender container, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, flour, milk, and eggs; blend well.
  6. In a large bowl, mix ham, bell pepper, celery and onion.
  7. Add the sour cream mixture and pasta to bowl and mix well.
  8. Pour into sprayed casserole.
  9. Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray and cover baking dish.
  10. Bake 50-60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  11. Stir before serving.
