Strawberry Vanilla Shortcut

• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1-1/2 cups cold milk
• 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
• 1 pkg. (298 g) prepared pound cake, cut into 12 slices
• 2 cups strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
2. Stir in 3/4 cup Cool Whip.
3. Place 1 cake slice on each of 6 dessert plates.
4. Top evenly with half the strawberries and all the pudding mixture.
5. Cover with remaining cake slices, strawberries and Cool Whip.
