Delicious Lasagne
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Brown the ground beef in skillet; drain the grease.
- Add Ragu spaghetti sauce, chopped mushrooms and chopped onion.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the lasagne noodles in boiling water according to the directions on the box.
- Use a 13 x 9-inch pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with spaghetti sauce.
- Put in a layer of noodles, then a layer of cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over, then layer of noodles, layer of sauce, until you get to the top.
- Top with layer of noodles, sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
