Southern Salmon Cakes

  1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon.
  2. Remove skin and bones.
  3. Flake salmon.
  4. Mix all ingredients including eggs into a mixing bowl.
  5. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once.
  6. Serve with sauce of your choice.
