Whole Chicken on the Grill
- 1 whole chicken
- 5 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 5 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- clean chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
- lightly rub olive oil over whole chicken.
- combine all spices in a bowl
- take spice mixture and rub on chicken all over.
- take whole onion and stuff inside chicken.
- take garlic cloves and stuff inside chiken.
- put in foil pan.
- put grill on lowest possible setting and let cook for about 2 hours for a 3-4 lb.
- chicken.
- For larger chicken, check on it in 2 hrs and test with meat thermometer.
- Must be 180 degrees!
