Whole Chicken on the Grill

  1. clean chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. lightly rub olive oil over whole chicken.
  3. combine all spices in a bowl
  4. take spice mixture and rub on chicken all over.
  5. take whole onion and stuff inside chicken.
  6. take garlic cloves and stuff inside chiken.
  7. put in foil pan.
  8. put grill on lowest possible setting and let cook for about 2 hours for a 3-4 lb.
  9. chicken.
  10. For larger chicken, check on it in 2 hrs and test with meat thermometer.
  11. Must be 180 degrees!
