Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni
- 2-1/2 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. Italian sausage links, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until evenly browned; drain.
- Return sausage to skillet.
- Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover.
- Cook on medium-low heat 15 min.
- or until sausage is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in dressing.
- Drain pasta; place in bowl.
- Add sausage mixture; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
