Dressed Baby Gem Salad

• 1 baby gem lettuce
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• salt and pepper

1. Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl.
2. For the dressing: mix together the vinegar, oil, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the gem salad and serve.
