Apple Cinnamon Filled Biscuits
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 packages Grands Biscuits
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 medium Thinly chopped apple
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine chopped apple, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Cover mixture.
- Let mixture cook for 15-20 minutes or until apples are soft
- While the mixture is cooking, place Grands biscuits on greased cookie sheet, giving proper space for baking.
- Spread honey and sprinkle brown sugar on top of biscuits.
- Place in the oven for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let biscuits and mixture cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Once cooled, slice small pocket in biscuit.
- Use spoon to spread mixture inside of biscuits.
- Enjoy!
- Also tastes great with vanilla ice cream =o)
