Seared Scallops with Bistro Lime Sauce

  1. Mix bistro sauce, lime zest and juice; set aside
  2. Season scallops with salt and pepper; cook in hot oil in large skillet on high heat until opaque, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile, steam vegetables 3 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender
  5. Add 1/2 of the bistro sauce mixture to scallops; toss to evenly coat.
  6. For each serving Place 1/4 cup each green zucchini, yellow zucchini and carrot ribbons on plate; top with 3 scallops and 1 Tbsp.
  7. (15 mL) of the remaining bistro sauce mixture.
