Tangy Artichoke Toppers
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Garden Vegetable Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 48 Ritz Crackers Baked with Whole Grain
- Beat cream cheese product, artichokes and dressing with electric mixer until well blended.
- Stir in parsley; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Spread onto crackers just before serving.
