Deviled Roast Beef Slices Recipe
- 6 slices roast beef, cut 1/4" thick
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Dip the roast beef slices in a mix of the flour, salt, mustard and chili pwdr, coating both sides well.
- Heat the butter in a skillet, brown the slices on both sides over high heat.
