Deviled Roast Beef Slices Recipe

• 6 slices roast beef, cut 1/4" thick
• 1/3 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 4 tbsp. butter

1. Dip the roast beef slices in a mix of the flour, salt, mustard and chili pwdr, coating both sides well.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet, brown the slices on both sides over high heat.
