Asian Crab Salad Recipe
- 1 pkt frzn tiny peas, (10 ounce.)
- 1 c. lump crab meat, (shrimp, lobster or possibly chicken)
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. cashews
- 1/2 can chow mien noodles, (5 1/2 ounce.)
- Mix all ingredients and serve with chow mien noodles.
