Chocolate Fondue

  1. In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate in cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the brandy.
  3. Pour into dessert fondue pot and keep warm.
  4. Spear dippers and swirl in fondue.
  5. Dipper ideas:
  6. angelfood cake chunks.
  7. graham cracker strips.
  8. fresh berries.
  9. mandarin oranges.
  10. marshmallows.
  11. bananas.
  12. pretzel sticks.
  13. kettle potato chips.
