Okie Dokie Artichokie Dip
- 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Artichokes, Quartered
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Jalapeno Jack Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Hatch Green Chiles
- Hot Sauce, Optional
- Chop the artichokes.
- Place them and all of the remaining ingredients in a crock pot (add hot sauce to taste) and stir to combine.
- Turn crock pot on low for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve with Triscuits or cubed sourdough bread.
