Hot Fudge Sauce
- 8 ounces, weight Bakers Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Microwave chocolate and butter for 2 minutes.
- Stir until melted.
- Add the sugar, milk, and cream; stir until well blended.
- Microwave for 3 minutes; stir.
- Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add vanilla and stir to blend.
- Use on ice cream, fruit, cake, or put in pint jars as gifts.
