Hot Fudge Sauce

  1. Microwave chocolate and butter for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir until melted.
  3. Add the sugar, milk, and cream; stir until well blended.
  4. Microwave for 3 minutes; stir.
  5. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add vanilla and stir to blend.
  7. Use on ice cream, fruit, cake, or put in pint jars as gifts.
