Fresh Melon with Crisp Amaretti Topping

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries, sugar, and amaretto and toss gently but thoroughly to combine.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 hour before serving.
  3. Divide the fruit among 6 to 8 small dessert coupes and sprinkle the crumbled amaretti evenly over the tops of each dessert.
  4. Serve immediately.
