Mushrooms stuffed with spinich and onions

  1. Cook spinach according to the package and squeeze dry.
  2. Chop onions and carmalize them in a pan.
  3. Soften cream cheese.
  4. Wash the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
  5. Once everything is ready mix all together adding the garlic plus and the parmesan cheese.
  6. Once it is all mixed put inside the mushroom cups.
  7. Put on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven at 350 for ten minutes.
