Spicy Stir Fry
- 6 ounces grilled chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups raw fresh spinach
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 2 ounces hot sauce, any brand you prefer
- Heat a large wok over high heat.
- Place the chicken, spinach, tomatoes and avocado in the wok and toss.
- Add the hot sauce and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
