Grilled stuffed tacos

  1. Brown beef in skillet, drain grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning packet and water as directed on seasoning packet.
  3. Heat refried beans in small pan on medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Add a splash of water if they are too dry.
  5. Heat nacho cheese in small pan on medium heat, stirring frequently.
  6. Chop up your lettuce and tomatoes and set aside.
  7. Heat a large skillet to medium.
  8. Before building each taco, heat flour tortilla in pan until its warm and easy to work with.
  9. Put a large spoon full of refried beans in center of tortilla.
  10. Next put a good spoon full of nacho cheese on top of your beans.
  11. Fill a hard taco shell half way full with your taco meat, stick it in your bean/nacho cheese mixture in the standing up position and snap it in half so it is now a little circle in the middle of your tortilla.
  12. Add your lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, hot sauce and sour cream to taste.
  13. Roll it up into into a burrito
  14. Grill both sides until golden brown.
