Cheese & Bacon Quesadilla
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 whole Large Flour Or Wheat Tortilla
- 4 slices Crispy Cooked Bacon Slices
- 1/2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, Shredded
- Butter both tortillas, place one on a griddle or skillet (butter side down).
- Add bacon slices and cheese, cover with the other tortilla (butter side up) and cook 2 minutes each side until golden in color and cheese melts.
- Plate, cut into triangles and serve.
