Easy Chicken Marbella

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; pour over chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning chicken occasionally.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle wine over chicken; sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  5. Transfer chicken to serving plate; skim oil from sauce.
  6. Discard bay leaves.
  7. Drizzle sauce over chicken; top with cilantro.
