Salmon with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce

  1. Place lemon slices underneath the salmon in a baking dish with 2 tablespoon water.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper, cover and bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes until fish is just cooked through.
  3. Bring wine and stock to the boil and simmer until reduced by half.
  4. Whisk in the Philly* until smooth.
  5. Stir through the chives and peppercorns.
  6. Serve fish with the Creamy Peppercorn Sauce and seasonal vegetables.
