Pork Chop Suey

  1. Spray skillet with non stick spray.
  2. Cut pork in thin slices, and brown.
  3. Stir in celery, onion, soy sauce, Accent, and the 2 cups (475 ml) boullion.
  4. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Blend the cornstarch, in the 1/4 cup (60 ml) of mushroom juice, stir into mixture.
  6. Add mushrooms, veggies, sprouts, chestnuts, and molasses and stir til thick and boiling.
  7. Continue to boil and stir 1 minute.
  8. Serve over chow mein noodles.
