Pizza Bread

• 1 tsp. active dry yeast
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
• 1/2 tsp. dried onion
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tbsp. dry milk
• 1-1/2 tsp. pizza spice *
• 1-1/3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1/4 cup tomato sauce

1. Mix/bake according to bread machine instructions.
2. If your machine has a mix cycle, add the pepperoni at the ADD beep.
3. Otherwise, pepperoni should be added after the initial mix.
