Meatballs in Sour Cream Sauce
- 1 -1 14 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bread cubes
- 12 cup catsup
- 12 teaspoon dried onion
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
- 30 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 34 cup sour cream
- 18 cup dried onion
- 14 tablespoon parsley
- 14 cup milk
- 1 pinch oregano
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients and form meatballs.
- Bake or fry until done.
- Combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs.
- Simmer at least 2 hours or 4 to 5 hours in crockpot.
- Serve over rice.
