Smokey Roasted Corn on the Cob

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Empty cheese mixture into pie plate.
  3. Brush corn with butter; roll in cheese mixture.
  4. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  5. Bake 22 to 25 min.
  6. or until corn is tender.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
