Holiday Ribbon Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (12 ounce.) tub Cold Whip whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce.) Keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust
- Stir chocolate with water over low heat till melted, then let cold.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth; add in chocolate.
- Mix in 3 1/2 c. whipped topping.
- Spoon half of mix into crust.
- Sprinkle with filling, pressing down gently.
- Spread remaining chocolate mix carefully over filling.
- Refrigerate3 hrs.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
