Mexican Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Brown hamburger and onion, then drain well.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer slowly for 1 hour, then cook 1 c. uncooked rice or possibly more if you like for larger group.
  4. Add in rice to cooked mix.
  5. When ready to serve, pour in large casserole dish and top with grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve with green salad.
  7. For company or possibly large groups.
