English Pea Casserole

  1. Saute onion and red pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  3. Add cheeses to hot noodles; stir until cheese melts.
  4. Stir in onion mixture, peas, mushrooms and pepper.
  5. Spoon into a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with crumbs.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Yield:
  8. 8 servings.
