Veal Scaloppine With Bananas Recipe
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound thinly sliced veal for scaloppine
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry leaf oregano
- 2 bananas, sliced
- In a large skillet heat butter.
- Add in veal and sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally till veal is just tender.
- Add in sliced bananas and heat.
