Parmesan Oven-Fried Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Rinse potatoes; drain on paper towels, then pat dry.
  3. Place potatoes in large bowl.
  4. Add oil; toss to coat.
  5. Spread evenly into foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  6. Bake 45 min.
  7. or until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
  8. Remove from pan with tongs; place in large bowl lined with paper towels.
  9. Toss lightly to remove excess oil.
  10. Remove paper towels.
  11. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and pepper; mix lightly.
