Nutty Fruit Bars

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Line prepared pan with pie crust, folding under edge of crust to fit pan; prick crust several times with fork.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended; stir in fruit and nuts.
  6. Pour into crust; sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Bake 35 min.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
