Seafood Lasagna
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 -8 oz.pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 12 cups 1% cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -10 oz.cans cream of mushroom soup
- 13 cup evaporated milk
- 13 cup white wine (or white grape juice)
- 1 -5 oz.can crab
- 2 (5 ounce) cans shrimp
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 14 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 14 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- cook noodles , drain and set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13" pan.set aside.
- Cook onions in a lightly sprayed frying pan for approximately 2 minutes.
- add cream cheese, cottage cheese,egg, basil, salt and pepper.set this mixture aside --
- In another bowl mix soup,milk,wine,shrimp and crab.
- To assemble:.
- place 3 noodles in the prepared pan.
- spread 1/2 of the onion mixture over top.
- spread 1/2 of the soup and seafood mixture over the onion mix.
- repeat with 3 noodles,,onions and soup with seafood.
- top with remaining 3 noodles.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Top with cheddar and mozerella cheeses and put under broiler for 5-10 minutes.
