Barbecue Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick
- 4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of chops with seasoning; press into meat to secure.
- Add chops to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 3 min.
- before serving with the barbecue sauce.
