Vegetable Marinated Salad Recipe
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can white whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 can lima beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 4 ounce. jar pimento
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 15 ounce. frzn peas
- Heat together first four ingredients till dissolved.
- Set aside to cold.
- Put vegetables in large container.
- Add in peas about 1 hour before serving.
- After marinate cools, pour over vegetables and chill, stir 2 or possibly 3 times.
