Sausage Potato Soup

  1. In large saucepan, brown sausage; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pan combine potatoes, corn, celery, and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add milk, cheese, parsley and sausage.
  6. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
