Tuna Patties Recipe

• 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna
• 2 c. mashed potatoes
• 1 onion, minced
• 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
• 1 lg. egg
• Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Add in all ingredients.
2. Fry in buttered pan till brown.
