Special Chocolate Chip Sandwiches

• 1 package cookie mix chocolate chip
• 1 each eggs
• 2 teaspoons water
• 8 ounces coating chocolate
• 1/4 cup almonds chopped

1. Preheat oven.
2. Combine cookie mix.
3. Stir until thoroughly blended.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
5. Bake at 375F (190C).
6. for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
7. Cool 1 minute on baking sheets.
8. Remove to cooling racks.
9. Cool completely.
10. Place chocolate candy coating in small saucepan.
11. Melt on low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
12. Press together to make sandwiches.
13. Repeat with remaining cookies.
14. Dip one-third of each sandwich cookie in remaining melted coating and sprinkle with almonds.
15. Place on cooling racks until coating is set.
16. Store between layers of waxed paper in airtight containers.
