Best Ever Macaroni and Cheese (gluton free modifications included)

  1. in a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. add all of the spices and flour to melted butter.
  3. It will bubble.
  4. Add milk and whisk to make a smooth sauce to your desired thickness.
  5. remove from heat, allowing to cool slightly.
  6. Then add grated cheese and stir to melt in.
  7. (if the sauce is too hot, your cheese will go stringy)
  8. add cooked noodles and enjoy!
  9. for a yummy variation, cook 1 pound of ground beef and 1 1/2 cups of cooked broccoli and add it to the mix!
