Mango Curried Chicken Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 to 10 ounce.) jar chutney
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 lg. broccoli, stemmed and cut into florets
- 4-5 pound boned chicken breast, poached and chilled
- 1 lg. red bell pepper, cut in cubes
- 1.
- Put chutney, mayonnaise and curry in bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate1 hour.
- 2.
- Steam broccoli for 1 minute and drain.
- 3.
- Cut chicken into chunks.
- 4.
- Combine chicken, broccoli, and red pepper.
- Add in chutney mix to chicken.
