Banana and Black Vinegar Soy Milk Smoothie
- 1 small Banana
- 2 tsp Black Vinegar
- 1 tsp - 1 tablespoon Brown sugar (powdered) or honey
- 1 Cinnamon (optional)
- 180 ml Soy milk
- Break the banana into small pieces and put into a glass.
- Mash with a small whisk.
- (I bought my whisk at the 100 yen-shop.)
- It becomes puree really quickly.
- Add all the ingredients marked to the glass and mix well.
- Finally, add the soy milk, give it a stir, and it's done.
