Alaska Salmon Pot Pies

  1. Drain salmon; set aside.
  2. Saute onion; add mushrooms in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, milk, tarragon and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil. Whisk in instant potatoes, then stir in corn, peas and salmon. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
  5. Spoon into baking dish.
  6. Cover with pastry.
  7. Seal edges of dough against side of dish.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  9. May also be prepared in individual ovenproof serving dishes.
