Butterscotch Peanut Fudge
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1 12 cups mini marshmallows
- 23 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
- comine milk, butterscotch chips and marshmallows in microwave-safe bowl.
- microwave, uncovered at 80% power for 3 minutes, stirring approximately every 30-45 seconds so marshmallows don't burn.
- stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- fold in peanuts.
- pour mixture into 11 x 7 inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- cover and refrigerate for 2 hours**.
- cut into pieces and enjoy!
- serving number depends on size of fudge pieces cut*.
