Greek Burger
- 1/4 cup Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 4 mini pita breads, split
- 1/2 cup chopped English cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped seeded plum tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- dressing for later use.
- Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
- and toasting pitas on the barbecue for the last minute.
- Toss cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with reserved dressing.
- Place burgers on 4 pita halves; top with cucumber mixture.
- Cover with remaining pita halves.
