Greek Burger

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing for later use.
  4. Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  5. Grill 6 to 7 min.
  6. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.
  7. and toasting pitas on the barbecue for the last minute.
  8. Toss cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with reserved dressing.
  9. Place burgers on 4 pita halves; top with cucumber mixture.
  10. Cover with remaining pita halves.
