Mexican Dry Rub
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t ground coriander seed
- 1 t black pepper
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/2 t ground red pepper
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t smoked paprika
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- Combine all spices together.
- Save in an airtight container for up to a month.
- Variations; Gound jalapeno powder, ground celery seed, applewood seasoning, mexican oregano, epazote, dried cilantro, epazote, dried minced onions, cayenne, crushed pepper flakes, ground chipotle pepper, clove, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice
