Chilli, Lime and Ginger Sauce

  1. Saute onion and spices over low heat in a non-stick frypan until translucent.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  3. Serve over prawns, chicken or vegetables.
