Cranberry Walnut Granola
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 34 cup wheat germ
- 1 14 cups Post Grape-Nuts cereal
- 12 cup coconut flakes
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 cup canola oil
- 12 cup honey
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- combine the oats, wheat germ, Grape Nuts, coconut flakes, walnuts and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- in a smaller bowl, combine the oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- mix everything together and spread into a 13x9 inch pan.
- bake at 300 degrees for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until everything is toasted.
- allow everything to cool and toss in the dried cranberries.
