Grilled Cajun Kabobs with Fresh Greens

  1. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add marinade; seal bag.
  3. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  6. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
  7. Alternately thread chicken, onions and peppers on skewers.
  8. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Place salad greens on large serving platter; drizzle with dressing.
  10. Top with kabobs.
