Hamburguesas Costinas
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (coriander)
- 450 grams Carne molida (ground meat)
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Red Onion (cebolla morada)
- 1/2 cup Mushroom (champiAaon)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (pan rallado)
- 1 Lettuce
- 1 tsp Ground pepper (OPTIONAL)
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Salt
- 1 Garlic
- 1 Chili (Optional)
- 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozarella, jack...) OPTIONAL
- 1 MerkASn (Chile)

- In a bowl mix ground meat, red onion, corindier, 1 egg and breadcrumbs, add black pepper, some garlic, if u want u can add a little bit of Chili.
- All ingredients in a bowl:

- Mixed up and make a "big pattie" and use a little knack or u can use the baking tray or u can fry like separate small pattie burguers.
- I use a little knack with my mini oven 250a C degrees.
- 3.
- While is cooking the big pattie u can prepare mushrooms with ground pepper or use another seasoning, dijon mustard is a good choice.
- Chop de coriander and some red pepper and wash some green lettuce leaves :)
- Chop the other ingredients for final step:

- Finally cut the patties wherever u want and put on the lettuce leave, than put the mushrooms on patties, add some ground cheese if u want, add red pepper, coriander, merkASn (if u have) and there u have it !
