Three-Colour Soboro Bento
- 90 grams Mixed ground meat
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash Grated ginger
- 1 Egg
- 1 dash Sugar
- 2 tsp Mirin
- Add the seasonings to a small pot.
- When they start to boil, add meat, and simmer until the liquid is almost gone.
- Egg Soboro: 1 egg, 2 teaspoons mirin, and a small amount of sugar.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a separate small pot, pour in all the egg mixture, and scramble until crumbly.
- Place the meat and egg soboro with your favorite green vegetables on a bed of rice in a bento box.
